TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Malibu Beach Club, Gili Trawangan.
By making a reservation or visiting our venue, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Booking & Reservation

  1. Advance Payment: All confirmed reservations will be charged to your card immediately upon confirmation.

  2. No Refund Policy:  We do not offer refunds for cancelled reservations or no-shows.

  3. Late Arrivals:  Reserved tables will be held for up to 15 minutes past the booked time. If you notify us of a late arrival, we can extend the hold for an additional 15 minutes. Without notice, the reservation will be released and marked as a no-show.

  4. Group Bookings:  Reservations for parties of 10 or more are considered group bookings. A minimum spend of IDR 250,000++ per person applies, and a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

  5. Rain Policy:  Malibu Beach Club operates in both sunny and rainy conditions. In the event of light rain, operations will continue as scheduled.

  6. Severe Weather:  In the case of extreme weather (e.g. heavy storms, strong winds, or government-issued weather warnings), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in the interest of guest safety.

  7. Rescheduling Option:  If your reservation is impacted by severe weather and Malibu Beach Club cancels the service, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive credit for a future visit.

  8. No Refunds for Guest-Initiated Cancellations:  If guests choose to cancel their reservation due to weather concerns not deemed extreme by our management, our no-refund policy still applies.

General House Rules

  1. Come As You Are:  There is no formal dress code—wear what makes you comfortable.

  2. No Public Nudity:  We kindly ask all guests to respect public decency laws.

  3. Swim at Your Own Risk:  There is no lifeguard or pool attendant on duty.

  4. Parental Supervision:  Children using the pool must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

  5. Personal Belongings:  Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Malibu Beach Club is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

  6. Respectful Behavior:  We reserve the right to remove any guest from the premises who causes damage to our property or behaves in a disrespectful or disruptive manner toward staff or other guests.

Pet Policy

  1. Pet-Friendly Venue:  Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our outdoor areas. Pets must remain leashed at all times.

  2. Owner Responsibility:  Owners are fully responsible for their pets’ behavior and must clean up after them.

  3. Restricted Areas:  Pets are not allowed in the pool or inside the bar and kitchen areas for hygiene and safety reasons.

  4. Disruptive Behavior:  We reserve the right to request the removal of any pet that is aggressive, excessively noisy, or disruptive to other guests.
